In 2012, I created Osher Investimentos in partnership with the Sifra Group. Nowadays, we are considered a reference in co-investments in Brazil, acting as business allies for entrepreneurs, businesspeople and investment fund managers, in the real estate, equity and smart credit segments. I have been working for 30 years in the areas of finance, controlling and business strategy.

I have been at Osher since 2017, actively participating in the construction of the Osher Realty business unit. I have been working for more than 20 years in the financial market, with solid experience in large banks on the national scene, as well as in credit analysis and auditing, commercial area and structuring operations backed by real estate assets. I have been working directly in the capital markets since 2015.

Responsible for institutional marketing and business consultancy, my objective is to evaluate and enhance the growth of companies invested in and affiliated with Osher, in the dimensions of positioning and strategy, business relationships and commercial synergy. I have worked for 20 years as an executive at Citibank (retail banking and credit cards) and subsequently worked as a consultant, project leader and entrepreneur on several fronts. I have a degree in Technology from PUC (Pontifical Catholic University), with specializations at FGV (Fundação Getúlio Vargas) and FDC (Fundação Dom Cabral) － all three are highly respected institutions in Brazil.

At Osher, my role is to lead consultancy initiatives and strategic investments in innovative businesses, which includes identifying and analyzing opportunities, negotiation conduction and governance of invested assets. I have been working for 28 years and during this time I have been a partner in management and technology consultancy at Accenture; Financial and Technology Director at Cyrela Brasil Realty; FP&A Director at BRF – Brasil Foods and a partner at Legasi Partners. I have worked on M&A initiatives, turnaround, financial reorganization, business consolidation and launch, strategic planning, commercial management, digital technology and processes. I have a degree in Electrical Engineering from Escola de Engenharia Mauá, with a master's degree in Business Administration from FGV (Fundação Getúlio Vargas) / KenanFlagler (North Carolina, USA).
