The current portfolio of active ventures involving Osher Realty, our business vertical focused on investments and development in the real estate market, has just surpassed the mark of R$ 1 billion in Gross Sales Value (VGV).

In recent years, Osher Realty has made several investments in projects that have become great sales successes. Today, we are present throughout the Southeast region of Brazil, with investments in projects located in São Paulo, Espírito Santo, Minas Gerais, and more recently, in Rio de Janeiro. And we continue with expansion plans, strengthening our participation and bolstering our alliances.
