The proposal of Osher Investimentos is to walk side by side with our Business Allies and to participate actively in each project we invest in together.

Last week, we were very warmly received by Charles Cambur and Juliana Cambur Berger, from Cambur - Construction and Development, at the construction site of Vila Parque Butantã. A venture with 596 units, 38,000 m2 of built area, GAV of R$ 270 million and already in an advanced stage of realization. On that occasion, Marco Rennó, CEO of Osher, and Richard Wuelta, leader of Osher Realty, had the opportunity to visit the site and have detailed conversations on-site with the team of engineers and collaborators about the progress of the construction. A very productive meeting that complements the planning meetings already held periodically between Osher and the Cambur management.
